𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 | 𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 ✨

1924 Riverfront Steakhouse will be temporarily closed on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟱 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 while we take care of a couple of small maintenance projects around the restaurant.

Our team will be back refreshed and ready to welcome you from 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟲 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.

Today we celebrate all the wonderful dads, grandfathers, stepdads, father figures and special men who guide us, support us and make life that little bit better.

We also hold close those who are no longer with us, but who are loved, missed and thought of every day. Their memories remain forever in our hearts.

For us, there really isn’t one secret. It’s a combination of an incredible team, great food, a lot of hard work and a community that continues to walk through our doors and support us week after week. ❤️

🔥🥩 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟? 🥩🔥

Confession from your 𝟭𝟵𝟮𝟰 Social Media Maiden… before 𝟭𝟵𝟮𝟰, I had 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 tried Stonegrill. 😳

Now? 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁. 😂🙋‍♀️

Cooking on stones dates back to the 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗴𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 & 𝗩𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 — although I doubt they enjoyed theirs riverside with a wine. 😂🍷

At 𝟭𝟵𝟮𝟰, your meal arrives sizzling on a 𝟮𝟯𝟬-𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗼𝗹𝗱 volcanic rock heated to around 𝟰𝟬𝟬°𝗖. 🔥

Why I love it? 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧, you cook every bite 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 how you like it, and with a 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 you can slice, sizzle & devour at your own pace. 🥩

And my personal hack? I swap the 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 & 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘄 for 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗵 & 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀… and because I occasionally talk too much — shocking, I know 😇 — if the veggies get cold….𝗛𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼… onto the stone they go! 🔥🥦😂
