Every farm has a team… ours just happens to be a little questionable. 🤣

🐶 Dusty – The Utility Dog.
Not entirely sure what his job description is, but he’s always around looking busy. A true jack-of-all-trades, master of none.

🐶 Cher – The Multi-Skilled Employee.
Full-time security guard, part-time sheep chaser, and operating with absolutely no idea what’s going on. If something moves, she’s onto it. If nothing moves, she’s still onto it.

🐶 Bob – The Real Working Dog.
The one actually earning his keep while the others are attending meetings, conducting inspections, and creating workplace distractions.

Every successful farm needs a strong team… and apparently two supervisors and one worker. 😂🐾🚜 Michael Brady

🚜 Farming never seems to stop at Brady Farms!

Finished sowing on Friday, managed a weekend off, and straight back into it Monday rolling the pea crop. 🌱
No rest for the paddocks this time of year — but it’s all worth it watching the season come together. Now hopefully some rain is on the way too! 🌧️💚

The lentils have just popped through and are off to a great start! Strong root system underneath, great colour on top, and looking happy after their first push out of the ground. Plenty of promise already for the season ahead 👌🚜

The peas are jumping out of the ground and off to a cracking start for the season! Early growth is looking strong, with roots already digging deep and setting up a great foundation for the months ahead.

Now we just need Mother Nature to keep playing nice 🤞🚜

Well… the first lamb for the season dropped on Thursday and Sambo thought, “how exciting!” 🐑

Fast forward a few days and now they’re arriving everywhere like it’s a full-blown lamb convention in the paddock.

Perfect timing really… because school holidays are just around the corner, which means we’ll have plenty of extra helpers for branding and ringing (whether they like it or not).

Nothing says holidays on the farm like the sound of bleating lambs and kids being put to work! 🌾 Michael Brady
