Two minutes to the first restaurant on Hastings Street, and for a few more weeks yet you can walk in and sit down. By January the same rooms want a booking made well in advance. This is the window locals quietly use, and it is the reason the beach looks the way it does in the photographs.

Most people visit Noosa. Ours come home to it.

Some of our families have been coming to this hillside since before their children were born, and now those children arrive with children of their own. They are checked in by the same person who checked in their parents. Nobody set out to start a tradition. They came once, it was easy, they came back, and thirty years later somebody has to be in charge of the group booking.

Free secure parking underneath, an inclinator up the hillside, and everything you need two minutes down the hill. Most guests find the car stays exactly where they left it for the entire week, which is not a small thing in Noosa in the summer.
