It was a pleasure to welcome acclaimed vocalist Sonu Nigam and his crew to Edi’s Kitchen for a private dinner in North Adelaide.

The evening offered an opportunity to share Chef Edi’s expression of modern Sri Lankan–Australian cuisine. Sonu’s appreciation of the meal, expressed through a personal handwritten message and signature for Chef Edi, made the occasion especially meaningful.
