Get ready for the biggest celebration Penguin has ever seen! 🐧💛 Join us for a night of live music, entertainment, food, and fireworks as we celebrate 150 years of Penguin and 50 years of our iconic Big Penguin!

🕛 12:00 – 12:15 pm | Road closures in place (Main Road, Surf Club Road & Johnsons Beach Road)

Official Proceedings (Main Stage)
🎵 5:00 – 5:30 pm | Ulverstone Municipal Band performance
📣 5:15 – 5:30 pm | Town Crier opens celebrations along the Foreshore

The news is out - our beloved Big Penguin has been officially included in Australia Post's national “Big Things” campaign, featuring in a brand-new $1 coin and stamp collection.

The timing couldn’t be better, with the release coinciding with The Penguin 150 celebrations, marking 150 years of the town, 50 years of the Big Penguin, and its recent heritage listing.
