Keto Mojito in the Camp Keg Insulkeg!
Makes 2 litres...just adjust for larger kegs...
🍋 Juice of 3 large Limes
🍹340 ml white rum
🥤600ml Soda Water
🍬 3 tablespoons of Keto-approved sugar replacement (less if you don't want it too sweet) or use normal sugar if you like
🌿 Mint leaves for muddling and garnish
🧊 Ice (for glass)
👉 Juice the Limes and mix lime juice, rum, and sugar until sugar is dissolved, and pour into the Keg. Don't think too much about the amount of sugar, think about your first sip of that deliciousness!
👉 Add Soda water and do a little dance.
👉 Swirl the mix in the keg, making a vortex of lusciousness
👉 Put the keg lid on, it's time to get serious!
👉 Get your muddle and squish that Mint in your glass like you are trying to make it sing.
👉 It's time to bring on the extra cool, dump some ice into your amazing unbreakable pint glass (if you don't have one, get one, they are awesome) or any glass will do for now.
👉 Now it's time for the magic, pour that big glass of happiness and sit back and relax!
