From today, Guy Grossi and Head Chef Paolo Apuzzo officially unveil Garum's new menu, the most significant evolution since the restaurant first opened its doors. Rooted in Italian tradition, the new menu offers another reason to discover Garum during your stay.

Silky Bottoni allo Zafferano glowing with saffron. Prosciutto San Daniele with sweet melon and pistachio. Rigatoni alle Zucchine crowned with fresh ricotta. And a proper Trippa alla Romana, finished at the table with a generous grating of pecorino.
