Congratulations to Fiona O’Byrne, winner of the 2026 Richard The Lester Prize for Portraiture for 'Luci, now', a tender portrait of her daughter! 🎨

At Edenlife we love anything that celebrates connection, and this one does it beautifully.

See it and all this year’s winners at the WA Museum Boola Bardip until 29 November. Who’s keen for a gallery day out?

What a difference a few months makes! Since our last update on Edenlife Byford's Clubhouse, construction has been moving along beautifully.

The structural steel is now complete, and roof sheeting is underway, bringing those distinctive angled rooflines to life. Bricklaying is progressing well, all in-wall services have been installed, and framing has started on the alfresco area, which will be a lovely spot for residents to relax and catch up outdoors.

Once complete, it will be packed with amenities for residents to enjoy, including an indoor heated pool, gym, cinema, lawn bowls, workshop, community garden and much more. It's a place designed for neighbours to connect, stay active and enjoy the Edenlife lifestyle together.

A big thank you to the hardworking crew on site. We can't wait to share the next milestone with you. Stay tuned!
