Cleaner / Housekeeper – Accommodation Villas (Casual or Contractor/ABN)
Location: Hunter Valley (Cessnock / Pokolbin area)
Employment: Casual employee or Contractor (ABN)
We are a family-owned accommodation business with a small, friendly team, and we’re seeking a dependable cleaner/housekeeper to support guest changeovers for six modest-sized accommodation villas. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in presentation, works efficiently, and enjoys working independently.
Hours
• Typical shift times are 9:30am–12:30pm
• Hours increase during peak seasons and busy periods
• Expected weekly hours: approximately 10–18 hours/week (seasonal variation)
Key duties
• Guest changeover cleaning (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/living areas)
• Making beds and linen changeovers
• Restocking essentials and checking villa presentation
• Reporting maintenance issues and any damage
• Working to check-in deadlines and quality standards
About you
• Experience in accommodation/housekeeping preferred (training available for the right person)
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
• Own transport required
• Availability for some weekends/peak periods (as required)
