Stewarts Bay Lodge is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
If you enjoy meeting people, providing great customer service and working in a beautiful environment, we’d love to hear from you!
The role includes:
✨ Welcoming and assisting guests
✨ Managing bookings and enquiries
✨ Check-ins and check-outs
✨ Reception administration and payments
✨ Providing a high level of customer service
✨ Working as part of our friendly team
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Previous reception or hospitality experience preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Professional and friendly manner
✔️ Reliable and well organised
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
