Recently enjoyed by our guests, a Seafood Banquet which consists of fresh tiger prawns 🦐, steamed mud crab 🦀 and Hastings River oysters 🦪, followed by a hot platter consisting of salt & pepper squid 🦑, king prawns 🦐 in a creamy garlic tarragon sauce, and John Dory🐟 fillet with a bowl of Mediterranean salad🥗.

Recently our guests invited their grandkids (who currently live in Port Macquarie), to a celebratory family dinner at Ana Mandara.
Entree was king prawns in a creamy garlic tarragon sauce on fluffy rice. Mains was fillet of barramundi with steamed veggies and potato fries by request. Dessert was an assorted selection of cheesecake, lava cake and vanilla slice.
After dinner the grandkids enjoyed the swim spa with disco lights 🫧 💦 🪩

Our guests tonight booked the Romance Package which consists of a Superior King Spa room with river view, 3 course gourmet dinner, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot French ch*****ne, red roses, chocolates & strawberries.

Recently two of our guests enjoyed a gift voucher which was given by her mum for her 30th Birthday. The guests stayed 2 nights and enjoyed a scrumptious 3 course dinner, complimented by a bottle of bubbles and a magic sunset on the beautiful Hastings River.

Another seafood feast for tonight’s guests. First course was prawns 🦐, oysters 🦪 and mud crab 🦀 followed by prawns in creamy tarragon sauce on a bed of fragrant rice, pan fried John Dory 🐟 and roast veggies, and dessert was cheesecake with ice cream and fresh berries.

Last night our guests had a cold seafood platter consisting of local mud crab 🦀, smoked locally caught fish 🐟 topped with horseradish cream and dill, and king prawns 🦐 on smashed avocado served on pappadums topped with Leo’s homemade cocktail sauce 😋
