Port Macquarie is located half way between Sydney and Byron Bay but there is way more to Port Mac then it just being a stop over point. The iconic Coastal Walk is a must do, around 9km's of stunning coastline. Get a close up look at our gorgeous Koalas at The Koala Hospital, it is open daily and is free of charge! Why not jump on a sunset cruise on the beautiful Hastings River where you are bound to see not only a magnificent sunset but countless dolphins too!! Or perhaps a whale watching cruise. Port Mac has amazing beaches to kick back on and soak up the sun, Flynn's and Town Beach can be quite protected which makes learning to surf a dream! Try your hand at Kayaking or SUP! If crystal clear waters are your thing then Port Macquarie truely is the place for you. We love to offer advice on what to do and see to make sure you don't miss a thing! The hostel itself has a chilled out vibe and is a great place to go back to after a big day out seeing the sights. Relax by the pool in a hammock or sit on the verandah with a b**r and watch the world go by. We are located close to town and all the sights.
