In our moments of doing better, Quest Preston really ramped up the recycling efforts this month. 👏

♻ First box of Nespresso pods filled
♻ Second box of used hotel soap sent to Soap Aid for recycling to communities facing major hygiene challenges
♻ 19,940 total containers recycled for Envirobank Recycling, saving 26,945.28 litres of water, 3.03 tons of CO2, 10.56 MWh of energy and 1.54 tonnes of waste

🏉 We're super proud to have sponsored and supported our Preston Bullants Junior Football Club U14s girls squad this footy season as the only girls' team at the club, and they finished up with a loss against Park Orchards in the GF yesterday.

Despite this, it's been an incredible turnaround from their first season last year. Most of the girls had never played before so to progress and develop to this level in the second season is just amazing. They lost every game last year... often by a lot!

We're definitely looking forward to the promise of season three! Well done, girls - you did brilliantly! 👏

The accessibility features were excellent and thoughtfully planned, providing plenty of space to move around and making everything easy to use. It's refreshing to find accommodation that genuinely caters to guests with accessibility needs without compromising on comfort or quality.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from check-in to departure. The location was also convenient, with shops, cafés, and transport nearby.

I travel extensively for work, so I’ve experienced a wide range of accommodation and service over the years. Quest Preston genuinely stood out, largely thanks to Fenella.

From the moment I arrived, Fenella provided a level of personalised service that you’d expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. She took the time to get to know my name and my story, had excellent knowledge of the local area with fantastic recommendations for places to eat and visit, and was incredibly accommodating when I needed a late checkout. After my stay, she even followed up with a personalised email, which was such a thoughtful touch and something you rarely experience.

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and impeccably clean, and the hotel itself is perfectly positioned with easy access to shops, restaurants and everything you need.
