Tiny House, Big Comfort 🌿

Tucked away in a peaceful pocket of the park, this tiny home is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 3 adults with a Queen bed and Sofa bed. It also features its own ensuite, kitchen and cosy living space, everything you need for a relaxed, easy stay.

Step out onto the deck with your morning coffee, unwind in the fresh air, or wander down to the river when you’re ready to explore.

Thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind, it’s encased in Weathertex, made from 97% hardwood and 3% paraffin wax, with a better than zero carbon footprint.

✨ Park Kitchen Favourites ✨

This month’s park favourite is a fresh and satisfying Spinach, Rocket and Pear Salad.

It brings together crisp cucumber, finely sliced pear and peppery greens, finished with creamy Danish feta, sweet bursts of cranberries and the earthy crunch of walnuts.

The dressing is the star with a simple blend of apricot jam, Dijon mustard and olive oil that creates a soft balance of sweet and tangy.

Perfect as an easy side for a long lunch, or light and refreshing on its own.

Spring is putting on a lovely show here at the park, with our beautiful Ambiance Amaryllis (Hippeastrum) bursting into flower.

With her striking blooms and vibrant colour, she’s quite the sight to behold. And the best part? We only get to enjoy her beauty once a year, making this little moment of spring all the more special.

So next time you’re wandering around the park, take a moment to stop and admire her while she’s in bloom. Sometimes, the loveliest parts of a getaway are the little things we slow down enough to notice. 🌿
