I was meant to post this yesterday 🤦‍♀️

As this date the 20th June - marks two significant milestones in my health journey 💖

29 years ago, I had a hysterectomy that cured my Cervical Cancer 🥳

And 1 year ago, I underwent a lumpectomy after abnormal breast duct cells were detected during a routine mammogram which ended up turning into Breast Cancer 😫

Thankfully, it was caught early, acted on quickly and successfully removed 🙏🏻🥳

I feel incredibly grateful for early detection, the amazing medical professionals who cared for me and the love and support of family and friends throughout both journeys ❤️

A reminder to all the ladies out there please don't skip your routine checks - they really can save lives 💕

Here's to health, happiness and making the most and enjoying every day everyone 🥰

We have entered Makuru, the Noongar season of deep winter. For the Wadandi people, Traditional Custodians of this land, Makuru is the time of rain and cold, when the rivers swell and the earth drinks deeply. In the forest, you can feel it. The ground is soft underfoot, the streams are full, and the air carries the scent of wet Jarrah bark. We are grateful to walk on Wadandi Boodja. 🌳

Wishing our sweet, funny, little Labrador Sasha 🐕 a very Happy 12th Birthday 🥳🐾

We've had a lovely day having some short walks around the forest 🌳(vets orders - as you hurt your leg last week 😔) and so much fuss, love and treats (as always) 🥰

9 years ago you became part of our family and we've loved you ever since Sash Dash 🥰

Today we also remember our beloved Max Pax, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge 10 years ago today 😭 🌈🐾
Forever loved and never forgotten, alongside our beautiful Bella and lovely Samo ❤️
