The Cellar Kitchen at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort

The Cellar Kitchen at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort Our restaurant brings the Barossa directly to your table Our restaurant and partnership with Saskia brings the Barossa directly to your table.

The Barossa has a deep history of winemaking and farming that is firmly rooted in the unique earth that makes its produce and wine so sought after. Working with small local farmers and growers we create seasonal menus that reflect the unique terrois of the Barossa and showcase it’s extraordinary produce. The menu is designed to showcase the freshest seasonal produce with an approach that is more n

atural and an extension of Saskia’s philosophy of paddock to plate. We know exactly where, and how, our produce was farmed and raised. We work with, and support, local producers to bring distinctly different tastes and flavours to your table. Saskia’s connection to local farmers and her long immersion in the tableau of food brings something very special to our restaurant. The creation and enjoyment of good food is a love that is shared by great chefs, providores, suppliers, farmers, growers and those that dine at their tables. We look forward to welcoming you to The Cellar Kitchen!

a. A day visiting cellar doors
b. A long lunch with friends
c. Watching the sunset over the vineyards

Tell us your choice below and why.

(We're not sure we could pick just one!)

Introducing our June Wine of the Month: Lévrier Wines by Jo Irvine!

Second-generation winemaker Jo Irvine grew up in the winery alongside her father, developing a passion for winemaking from an early age. After six vintages in the Barossa Valley and California, she launched Lévrier Wines in 2017. Named after the French word for greyhound, Lévrier reflects Jo’s love of exceptional wines and her long standing passion for retired greyhounds as pets.

Whether you're enjoying a refreshing glass of the Galgo Sparkling Blanc de Blanc or sitting by our fireplace with the Argos Shiraz, you are bound to fall in love with her collection.

Ask our team for a glass of Lévrier during your next visit to The Cellar Kitchen!
