The weather is starting to warm up, and the snow is starting to melt, but we had to just share these amazing photos from the hike to the Tarn Shelf in Mount Field National Park — approximately a 1.5-hours' drive from us! ❄

🌿 One of our favourite things about Hobart is how much history you can stumble across just by going for a walk.

Recent guest Leigh Ann captured this lovely shot outside St George’s Church in Battery Point — one of Hobart’s beautiful historic landmarks, built from sandstone in the 1830s.

Battery Point is a great spot to wander, with old homes, quiet streets, views across the Derwent and plenty of history along the way.

Mount Wellington is a popular stop for our guests as it's only a 25-minute drive away. 🏔️
