And after that crazy 32° day last Saturday, it definitely feels like we’ve turned a corner!

Light-filled, breezy and made for long, lazy days by the sea.

Salt One sits upstairs, giving you beautiful panoramic views across the bay to the mountain headlands and that elevated, open feeling we love so much about this space.

It’s the kind of place where everyone naturally gathers for morning coffees on the deck, big breakfasts around the table, doors thrown open to catch the breeze and afternoon drinks as the sun starts to drop and the sky turns pink.

With plenty of room for families and groups, Salt One sleeps up to 8 adults and 3 children, with generous living spaces and everything you need to settle in for a beautiful escape to Shoal Bay.

And when you’re ready for the beach? Grab a towel and wander across the road. Shoal Bay Beach, cafes and restaurants are all just a short stroll away.

The largest of our three spaces, yet still cosy and tucked away on the ground floor.

Salt Two is a favourite for families, with plenty of room to spread out and little zones that make holidaying together easy. There are two separate decks, plus a separate little TV room where the kids can bunk down on the sofa bed, watch a movie and have a space of their own.

And while you’re tucked away downstairs, you don’t miss out on the view. You’ll still catch those beautiful mountain views from the kitchen window and eastern deck breakfast bar. Our favourite spot for a morning coffee as the sun comes up.

Salt Three - The Cottage 🤍

Tucked away at the back of the property, our little weatherboard cottage is a stay all of its own.

Sleeps up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Open-plan living. Its own kitchen, deck and outdoor space. Cosy wood fireplace. Everything you need for a relaxed Shoal Bay escape, without needing to book the whole property.

Perfect for a weekend with friends, a family getaway, or when you just want somewhere beautiful to come home to after a day at the beach.

And while she might be the smallest of our three Salt stays, Salt Three has always had a very big place in our hearts.

Walk to Shoal Bay Beach, wander down for coffee, spend the afternoon by the water, then come home, open the doors and settle in.

Simple. Coastal. Easy.
