A bride-to-be, 12 beautiful friends, two coastal villas and one very special weekend in Shoal Bay.

Since opening the doors to Bianco on Shoal, we’ve always believed that a beautiful stay should come with a little something extra.

Not because it’s expected. Not because we have to. But because every guest who chooses to stay with us is genuinely special.

That’s why we love surprising our guests with a beautiful grazing box, thoughtfully curated by our friends at The Bay Butler Port Stephens , filled with delicious local produce and a little taste of Port Stephens.

It’s our way of saying thank you, supporting local businesses and making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

Because to us, hosting has never been just about handing over the keys.

It’s about making people feel special.

And after almost five years of welcoming guests, that’s one little tradition we have no plans of changing. 🤎
