Rick Stein – Australian Stories is set against the stunning shorelines of Bannisters Port Stephens and inspired by the flavours and landscapes that make Australia so special.

The experience begins with a welcome dinner, where guests will enjoy a curated Australian-inspired three-course menu of iconic dishes with w**e pairings at Rick Stein at Bannisters.

The following day, join Rick and Sas for a leisurely cruise across beautiful Port Stephens Bay, taking in the natural beauty of the region while listening to stories of Rick’s cherished ‘home away from home’.
