Wow, $9,185 raised for the McGrath Foundation! 💕

What an incredible community we have!

Last night, together, we raised $9,185 for the McGrath Foundation, helping to fund breast care nurses and the wonderful work they do.

The idea of the Pink Raffle came from Margaret Spinks and Sam Walters, with the first event held in 2019, flash back photo at number one of where it began!

A huge thank you to every person who purchased raffle tickets, donated prizes, bid at the auction or simply came along to support the night. We couldn't do it without you.

A special mention to Crighton Horton, who did an outstanding job as our auctioneer, managing to squeeze every last dollar out of our generous bidders.

This is one of our favourite nights of the year. We are so lucky to be part of this exceptional community. Thank you💗

💕 Tonight is the night! 💕

The Stanley Hotel is getting a pink makeover and we're ready for a huge night of fundraising for the McGrath Foundation!

Can't make it tonight? Don't worry! Raffle tickets will be on sale from the bar from 11:30am today! And if you're joining us tonight, the girls will be selling raffle tickets around the bar from 5:30pm, so make sure you grab yours!

🎟️ Raffle tickets:

1 ticket for $5

3 tickets for $10

7 tickets for $20

Crighton Horton will be auctioning off the gorgeous picnic table kindly created and donated by Harry Ferrier, along with Merlene Medwin's famous sponge cakes! And if last time was anything to go by, those cakes will be hot property again!

🎟️ Raffle prizes will be drawn from 7:30pm! And remember every dollar raised will go towards the McGrath Foundation!

We are absolutely blown away by the generosity of our local businesses and everyone who has donated towards this year's Pink Up the Pub!

We have 23 fantastic raffle prizes up for grabs tomorrow night, plus some wonderful auction items!

A huge thank you to Tassie North Trike Tours, who have kindly donated a gift voucher for a ride on one of their awesome trikes!

And even better news… they'll be right here in Stanley next weekend, so the lucky winner could put their prize to good use straight away! 🏍️

This gorgeous handmade timber picnic table has been created and generously donated by Harry Ferrier for our Pink Up the Pub fundraiser!
