The Duke is looking for a hands-on leader to take the reins of one of Sydney’s most iconic late-night pubs and live-music institutions. If you live for long nights, loud bands, strong drinks and stronger community — this is the role.
You’ll lead from the floor, shaping the culture of a venue that sits at the heart of Enmore’s Special Entertainment Precinct. Safe, compliant, profitable, and always free for the music lovers — that’s the bar. And you’ll be the one keeping it high.

• Knows late-night, live-music or high-energy venues inside out
• Leads people first — recruiting, mentoring and growing a killer team
• Thrives on operations, compliance, licensing and detail
• Holds the room with calm judgement, even on the wild nights
