On the water—White Water, Manly
Few buildings get to call Manly Beach their outlook. With the scaffolding beginning to come down, White Water’s façade is starting to emerge—paint and finishing touches still to come, but the form is there. Office space is taking shape across the lower levels, with hospitality tenant partners to occupy the pedestrian level. Directly on the water and nearing completion. Stay tuned.

A beacon of light—The Gild, St Kilda
A bespoke glass canopy by Melbourne artist Alex Walker will sit above the entrance to The Gild on Fitzroy Street. Inspired by the colours of a St Kilda sunset, the artwork is designed to catch and transform light throughout the day. As the sun moves, shifting colours will be cast across the pavement below, creating an experience that evolves throughout the day and with the seasons.
