A belated but very BIG THANK YOU! 🍻

A few weeks have passed since our official opening over the October long weekend, but we’re still blown away by the incredible turnout and support!

Despite the weather, it was an outstanding weekend. We’re so grateful to our local community, friends, family and everyone who travelled to Tuena to celebrate with us.

A special thank you to the Australian Light Horse Society, our fantastic musicians, hardworking staff, volunteers and everyone who helped make it happen.

A few weekend stats:

👕 231 merchandise items sold

🍔 562 meals and snacks served

🍻 2,718 drinks served

Pretty incredible numbers for our little country pub!

We’ve shared a few photos, but we’d love to see yours too. If you captured any moments from the weekend, please send them through!

From all of us at Gold Fields Inn Tuena, thank you for making our official opening one to remember.

Cheers to many more good times ahead! 🍻

The Official Opening might be the main event on Saturday, but there’s plenty happening at Gold Fields Inn all long weekend! 🍻

We’re kicking things off Thursday & Friday with a laid back atmosphere, toasties and a cold one before a huge Saturday featuring the Australian Light Horse parade, opening ceremony, live music, prizes and the long-awaited opening of our kitchen.

Then we’re keeping things rolling Sunday with the NRL Grand Final, Knights v Roosters, followed by a relaxed Labour Day Monday at the pub.

Four days, plenty happening, make a weekend of it in Tuena!

The wait is nearly over… the kitchen is opening! 🍴

After plenty of anticipation, we’re excited to finally have the Gold Fields Inn kitchen up and running this October Long Weekend.

We’ll ease into things with toasties and rolls on Thursday and Friday, before launching our Long Weekend Menu from Saturday through to Monday.

The kitchen will be open 12–2pm for lunch and 5–8pm for dinner across Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

It’s been a long time coming, and we’re pretty excited to finally be serving proper pub meals out of the new kitchen.

Have a swipe through to see the menu and prices! 🍻

A big weekend ahead at the Gold Fields Inn. See you in Tuena!
