The Front Amenity Block Makeover is Nearly Done!

We’re getting there! The ladies’ bathroom is officially OPEN and ready for business! No more detours or temporary arrangements – you can enjoy the facilities as usual.

The men’s bathroom is having its final moment in the spotlight and is expected to be back online tomorrow. Just one more sleep!

A HUGE shout-out to Andrew, Geoff and Indi for rolling up their sleeves and working their magic to get this job done in record time. You’ve been absolute legends, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

And to all our wonderful guests, a big thank you for your patience, understanding and good humour while we’ve had a few facilities out of action. We know it hasn't been ideal, and we really appreciate you bearing with us.

Now, take a look at our freshly painted ladies’ facilities! A little makeover goes a long way, and we think they’re looking pretty good!

WOOD-FIRED PIZZAS TONIGHT!

Woodfired Pizzas will be at Tumby Bay Caravan Park tonight from 5pm.

Weather permitting, we'll also have our communal fire going, so grab a pizza, come along, meet fellow campers and enjoy a relaxing evening together!

A little paint, a lot of effort, and a whole new look in the making!

Our team is hard at work giving the front amenity block a fresh new look. There’s plenty of painting happening, and one of our team members has the unfair advantage of being tall enough to reach the high spots without a ladder! Some people just get all the luck!

We’re aiming to have the front amenity block finished by the end of this week, so fingers crossed we can get it all wrapped up on time.

In the meantime, the grass might get a little longer, and the weeds might start thinking they own the place! Please don’t worry — we haven’t forgotten about the gardens, we’re just a little busy giving things a facelift.

We promise the wait will be worth it, and we can’t wait to show off the finished result!

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!

Things are about to get exciting around the park! Our amazing Grounds Team has been hard at work behind the scenes, getting everything ready for the much-anticipated upgrade of our amenity blocks.

Work kicks off Monday, 26 October!

We’ll be rolling up our sleeves and starting with the amenity block at the front of the park, with improvements underway to freshen things up and make our facilities even better for everyone to enjoy.

Staying with us next week? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Our friendly team is here to help, answer your questions and keep you in the loop as things progress. We’ll share updates along the way so you know what’s happening during your stay.

There may be a little extra activity around the park while we get things underway, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding as we work behind the scenes to improve our facilities for the future.

We’re excited to get started and can’t wait to see these upgrades come to life! Stay tuned for more updates.

The day started calmly, with barely a breath of wind, but by this afternoon, the breeze had picked up and the kite surfer was ready for action. The colourful kite danced high in the sky, its lines stretched tight as it caught the wind and powered the surfer across the water. With the kite sweeping from side to side, harnessing every gust, it was a beautiful display of balance, skill and timing. Out in front of the park, this kite surfer was certainly making the most of the afternoon breeze and having an absolute ball!

Good Fishing, Great Family Fun & Hungry Pelicans!

This family had an absolute blast out on the water, with King George whiting and snook stealing the show as the catch of the day!

And the fun didn’t stop there… even the pelicans wanted in on the action and joined the crew for a feed!

Safe to say, everyone went home happy — fish for the family and a feed for the feathered locals!
