This Fundraising Auction is in no way affiliated with Facebook. All items that retail over $100 will have a reserve made by Wyndham Twins Plus Inc. DATES & TIMES

The WTP Fundraising Auction will begin on Monday 27th November at 9:00am AEDT and finish on Wednesday 6th of December at 9:00pm AEDT. We will be going by "Facebook time". To find out Facebook time, hover over where it says "10 hours ago" or a "few seconds ago" on any comment/post and it will give a time the comment was made. This means this it is the last bid before 9.01pm on Wednesday 6th of December that will be considered the last 9:00pm bid i.e. 9:00:59 - HOWEVER WE VERY STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE TO NOT BID AT THE VERY END DUE TO POTENTIAL DELAYS BETWEEN YOU PRESSING COMMENT AND YOUR COMMENT APPEARING!

HOW TO BID

Please DO NOT BID if you do not intend on following through with payment. Please DO NOT DELETE ANY BIDS YOU HAVE PLACED. All bids are final. All bids must be in at least $1 increments, no cents bids please and in Australian dollars.
1. Our preference is for you to contact us directly if you are the winning bidder but WTP will contact you within 48 hours.
2. After 9:00am AEDT 27th November 2017 go to the photo/s you wish to bid on.
3. Type the amount you wish to bid. Tag yourself in the photo so you are more likely to receive notifications about that item.
4. Check back regularly to see if you have been outbid and/or bid higher if you want. You can bid on more than one item.
5. If you are the highest bidder at 9:00pm AEDT 6th of December 2017 you are the winning bidder! A representative from WTP will confirm the winning bidder on each item. Your bid will need to be visible to everyone. WTP's decision is final. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER

You will be contacted via Facebook private message to arrange payment within 48 hours of the end of the auction (9:00pm AEDT Wednesday 6th of December). Please check your "Other" folder in Facebook Messages as it may not appear in your inbox. POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Postage is at the winner's cost. If you are the winning bidder on more than one item, we will combine postage wherever possible. We cannot post outside of Australia so please do not bid on items if you require postage outside of Australia. Some items are pick up only. Please check the description on the photo before bidding. You may pay your winning bid in Australian dollars by direct deposit to Account Name: Wyndham Twins Plus Inc. BSB: 063-541. Account Number: 00903062. Please use your name (as seen on Facebook) and Item Number as your payment reference. PAYING YOUR BID

If you are the winning bidder you will be tagged in the comments of the item and contacted via Facebook private message to arrange payment and to confirm any custom details. Payment is required within 48 hours. It would be helpful if you could write under the photo when you have paid WTP. WTP will write under the photo when they have received the money from you. ITEM POSTAGE

Once your payment is received, we will post your item. All items should be posted within 7 days of payment being received but please remember we are a volunteer run organisation. In some cases the items may be posted from different addresses. WTP should communicate clearly with you so you know what's happening with postage. WTP will write under the photo when they have posted the item. Please note some items are pick up only. Please check the item's description before bidding. PICKUP

Items requiring pick up need to be collected from an address in the Wyndham (3030, 3029, 3024) area. WTP will advise you via private message of the exact pick up address once payment has been confirmed. OTHER QUESTIONS
