A day at the river...

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗨𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦

Off-grid, on purpose. Rugged simplicity, real comfort.

3,500 acres, 6km of Severn River frontage — granite gorges, rushing rapids, waterholes that are all yours for the duration of your stay.

Cast a line for Cod or Yellowbelly. Walk the bush. Bring the mountain bikes. Swim in the river. Watch for fallow deer and birdlife by the dam. Cook a BBQ by the water, or just slow right down with a book.

The Hut is open-plan and bathed in natural light, with curtainless windows framing the ridges and the dam beyond. A streamlined kitchen and wood-fire heater round out the comfort once the high-country evenings turn crisp.

Once the sun drops, settle in at the stone fire pit and watch the stars take over.

There is nothing quite like a father-son trip into the wild to reset the clock. We recently hosted a duo who came for the Murray Cod - caught 57 and left with a 10/10 wilderness memory.
