Denmark gives every child a weekly hour just to talk about feelings, and bullying rates have dropped to among the lowest in Europe. Since 1993 Danish schools have run a class called Klassens tid, where students aged six to sixteen sit together to share problems and search for solutions as a group. Teachers guide the conversation but the children lead it. Euronews reports Denmark now ranks alongside Sweden and Finland for the least bullying on the continent, and researchers connect the program to stronger social bonds. 😊
Imagine growing up knowing your classroom is a safe place to be heard 🥹. Danish educators say this simple habit builds trust long before it prevents conflict, and studies on Denmark's happiness levels echo the same pattern. 💙 Maybe empathy is a skill, and skills can be taught.
