CLEANING POSITION AVAILABLE 🪣🧽

Spear Creek Station is a family-owned 22,000-acre working sheep station and holiday park, located just 25km south-east of Port Augusta in the Southern Flinders Ranges.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season.

What we offer:

* Immediate start
* Casual position with regular hours
* Flexible 5-day roster
* 5–6 month minimum commitment
* Potential for ongoing employment
* Powered campsite available if required
* Small onsite van available for hire
* Locals encouraged to apply

Duties include:

* Cleaning two amenities blocks daily
* Cabin cleaning as required
* Restocking cleaning supplies
* Linen laundering

Requirements:

* Previous commercial cleaning experience
* References available
* Manual driver’s licence
* Ability to follow cleaning procedures and standards

Tom and I would like to thank everyone who stayed with us over the weekend! We had fantastic weather, awesome music, great pizza and the best people.

Take your time packing up today, there’s no pressure from us to checkout early ☺️

An inspiration to so many, Neale’s legacy will live on ❤️

Tom and I had the privilege of meeting Neale and his daughter Bec at a conference last year. We will continue to support Bec in her journey with Fight MND.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Neale Daniher AO.

Neale was a true MND warrior — courageous, determined and relentless in his fight against this devastating disease. Over 10 years ago he co-founded what would become FightMND, creating a movement that has invested over $117 million in MND research. His vision and tireless efforts have accelerated progress towards a cure and given hope to thousands of families affected by MND.

Through his advocacy, leadership and unshakable spirit, Neale brought MND into the national conversation, ensuring many more Australians understand its impact. His extraordinary legacy was fittingly recognised when he was named the 2025 Australian of the Year.

On behalf of MND Australia, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Neale’s family, friends, and the entire FightMND community. His passing is a profound loss, not only for those who knew him personally, but for every Australian whose life has been touched by MND.
