Okay, unfortunately, we will be without power on Tuesday 20th October from 8.30am until 4pm due to a scheduled TasNetworks outage.

Reception will still be operational so you can check in, but power to the rooms and guest lounge will be unavailable during these hours.

We will be open for a brief breakfast period from 7.00am -8.30am so if you need your coffee fix, that's when to get it!

This award is 100% based on what our customers think about us- and is such a big achievement for this team. They all work with passion and enthusiasm, always striving for the best service and experience for visitors to the region, and our locals who support our Guest Lounge Cafe. We are pet friendly here at the waterfront and I would say native animal friendly as well! Although this guy didn’t have a reservation so we had to send him on his way. Book early next time matey!
