Dear Friends in the Art World,
With deep respect and heartfelt sincerity, we cordially invite you to attend the solo exhibition of Dr. T. F. Chen (陳錦芳):
**"Hope for America"**
This marks Dr. Chen's long-awaited return to the United States for a major exhibition — a cultural exchange paying tribute to America through art, and an expression of gratitude.
For more than a decade, Dr. Chen has continued to advance the United Nations-affiliated global art movement "Art for Humanity," touring the world to spread ideals of love, tolerance, peace, and cultural exchange. His return to the U.S. for this large-scale solo exhibition offers a rare opportunity for reunion and dialogue among friends who share a long-standing interest in art and cultural exchange.
This exhibition is not only a cultural tribute from the Chinese art community to the United States, but also an artistic response to two significant historical milestones: the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States (America 250) and the 400th anniversary of the founding of Manhattan (New York 400).
Through Dr. Chen's founding artistic movement, "Neo-Iconography," the exhibition presents shared values of freedom, democracy, human rights, peace, and cultural harmony, while also expressing gratitude for this land that is America. It is a platform for artistic exchange open to people of different ethnicities and cultures coming together.

*Life is short; art is eternal.*
As an internationally acclaimed contemporary artist, art historian, author, and cultural visionary, Dr. T. F. Chen has, since 1964 at the University of Paris, wholeheartedly championed a "Global Neo-Renaissance" of East-West cultural exchange, dedicated to enlightening humanity through art. In 1969, he founded the "Fifth Dimensional World Cultural View" and "Neo-Iconography," and adopted "Art for Humanity" as his lifelong mission — skillfully juxtaposing iconic imagery from different eras and civilizations to celebrate a new world culture grounded in love. In 1970, he became the first painter in the world to earn a doctorate in art history from the University of Paris (Sorbonne). In 2001, he received the United Nations' "Global Tolerance Award" and was named a "Cultural Ambassador for Tolerance and Peace." From 2003 to 2020, he successfully organized the "Art for Humanity World Tour," continuing to sow seeds of peace around the globe.
Now, at ninety years of age, Dr. Chen continues to create, carrying forward his belief in art, culture, and the future of humanity through the exhibition "Hope for America."
This is a cultural gathering centered on art, freedom, hope, and shared values.
We sincerely look forward to your presence as we witness "Hope for America" together and open the door to further cultural exchange and collaboration.
