Position: Store Keeper
Grand River View Hotel, Rajshahi is looking for an experienced, honest, and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies.
• Handle purchasing and procurement of hotel supplies, food items, and materials.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive prices.
• Negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and stock records.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stocktaking and coordinate with relevant departments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum HSC or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proven experience in storekeeping, purchasing, and procurement is required.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, supplier coordination, and price negotiation.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
