Our chef was standing in the garden, surrounded by herbs, sunlight, and the gentle scent of the season, when suddenly he no longer felt in Antwerp, but in Provence.

A place where flavors seem simpler, yet richer at the same time.
Where the sun not only warms, but also inspires.
From that moment, a new story was born on our plates.
With this cuisine du soleil, we pay tribute to Roger Vergé, pioneer of this sun-inspired cuisine.

His philosophy was clear: pure ingredients, respect for the rhythm of nature, and dishes that are light, colorful, and full of life.

Sun-ripened vegetables, fragrant herbs, subtle hints of citrus and olive oil, a glass of rosé, each dish a memory of long afternoons beneath an azure sky.

This is our interpretation of the sun.
