Corozal Animal Welfare Advocates - CAWA would like to hold an Animal Education class near the end of April and I am hoping to get a few donations so we can put on the class. This is a small class (10 children and their dogs) we have at a local school. We chat about responsible pet ownership as well as spaying and neutering. We have a trainer (if you would like to volunteer for this let me know) teach a couple of foundation skills. For the class we need collars and leashes, a bit of photocopying and (for reinforcement at the end of the class) a pinata and candy. Thanks to Joanie from BC, Canada for donating toys for the pinata.

Corozal Animal Welfare Advocates - CAWA is holding an animal education class at a local school on February 21st. We are in need of a dog trainer, (even if you've just successfully trained your own dogs) to help teach a couple of basics to a few children. If you'd like to volunteer a few hours of your time please let us know.
