I Alice Nunez Noralez is the proud owner of Noawel Fishing and Snorkeling Tours, a family business that was passed down to me by my late father, Noawel Nunez. From a young age, I have always had a deep connection to the sea. Whether it was joining family fishing trips, spending holidays on the water, or catching fish for our meals, the ocean has always been a special part of my life.
Before entering the tourism industry, I worked as a primary school teacher. While I enjoyed teaching, I eventually realized that my true passion was tourism meeting people from around the world, sharing the beauty of Belize, and creating memorable experiences on the water.
Beyond my business, I work closely with schools and the community to promote autism awareness and support meaningful initiatives that make a positive impact. I am committed to sustainable tourism and strive to showcase Belize's natural beauty while helping preserve it for future generations.
My goals are to continue growing Noawel Fishing and Snorkeling Tours, contribute to my community, and enjoy life's special moments with family and friends. I am forever grateful to my wonderful parents for the values, guidance, and foundation they provided, which have allowed me to build upon their legacy.
