This may be a throwback photo, but some places never lose their magic. The Big Dock in Hopkins remains a local favorite and one of those special spots that always calls us back.

Hospitality Experts, Safety Ready!

Anthony and Ida took their training to the next level… and got a little wrapped up in the process! 😂

Our team recently completed their annual CPR and First Aid certification, refreshing the skills and knowledge needed to respond confidently in an emergency.

From hospitality excellence to being prepared when it matters most, our team is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

And just to be clear… no one from the Ophelia's team was injured in the making of this post!

Now in its second year, this delicious celebration is already gaining serious momentum! Dozens of the peninsula’s most popular eateries are coming together to serve up something special: three-course prix fixe menus at just $26 BZD per person for lunch and $46 BZD per person for dinner.

It was such a delight to host the Howard family and friends at Ophelia’s Villa on their recent stay!

🌴Hello, October! 🌴

September may be the slower season in Belize, but there’s never really an “off season” at Ophelia’s Villa.
We had the pleasure of welcoming several groups of guests throughout the month, while our team stayed busy behind the scenes with projects, maintenance, deep cleaning, landscaping, and plenty of little details that help keep the villa feeling like home.

September is also when we start getting Ophelia’s Villa ready for another season of hosting, and somehow, we’re getting ready for Season 6! 🥂🥂

From freshening up the property to tackling those bigger projects that are easier to do between guests, there’s a lot that goes into keeping our little piece of Maya Beach ready for the families and groups who visit us from around the world.

Now October is here, and we’re looking forward to more guests, more Belize adventures, and another season of making memories at Ophelia’s Villa.
