Imagine going out for a snorkel and coming back with dinner. 🦞

That’s pretty much what happened.

While out exploring the waters around South Water Caye, our guide spotted a proper sized lobster. By that evening, it had gone from the reef to the kitchen and onto the dinner table.

Fresh lobster, caught right here around the caye and prepared by our chef. Just another day at South Water Caye. 🤿🌴
