Escape the mundane hotel routine! Experience the unique western aura Cloverdale has to offer living right in the heart of it at Crimson Cloverdale Village just minutes walk to the Cloverdale Fair Grounds. Also close to the new Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre under construction (located at 18050 James Hill Drive) is a $2.88 billion, all-electric facility. Following construction delays due to inflation and labor, the facility is scheduled to be completed in 2029 and open to patients in 2030. Our three bedroom townhouse is a bright southwest facing end unit allowing for lots of natural light.
