If you’ve never tried one of our hammock classes before, everything is set up and waiting for you when you arrive.

We provide:
• Your own freestanding hammock
• Blankets
• Blackout eye masks

• A full immersive sound bath experience

You’re welcome to bring your own pillow and favourite blanket if you’d like to get extra cozy. Wear comfortable clothing and layers are always a good idea.

Last night in Portage was the perfect way to close out our 2026 outdoor floating sound bath season.

Our largest floating sound bath yet, with over 40 people joining us for a beautiful candlelight class under the evening sky.

Such a beautiful group of people, and the feedback we received after class was amazing. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our final outdoor class of the season such a memorable one.

Portage — we will be back!

Plans are already in the works for an indoor floating sound bath next month, so stay tuned for details.

Something exciting is coming…

We’re always looking for beautiful spaces to bring our sound bath experiences to, and this one definitely caught my attention.

A potential new location is in the works for this fall, and I can already picture a room filled with hammocks, blankets and sound.

A little peek at some of the instruments and toys we’ll be using in our Mom + Baby Sound Bath classes.

These classes aren’t designed with the expectation that your baby will lie quietly for an hour. Babies are meant to move, wiggle, make noise, explore and interact — and we’re creating the class around them.

Throughout the sound bath, Lindsay will move from hammock to hammock with different instruments, giving babies the opportunity to see, hear and experience the sounds up close.

The soundscape will be intentionally gentle and baby-friendly, using instruments such as the Freenote Wave A/E, large rainstick and larger singing bowls with deeper tones. We’ll avoid high-pitched sounds and anything sudden or startling.

After the sound bath, we’ll have time for the babies to explore too! We’ll have rain sticks, ocean drums, soft rattles, shakers and other little instruments for them to touch, hear and play with.

And if your baby needs to be fed, changed, cuddled, walked around or just isn’t feeling the hammock that day — that’s completely okay. This is a space created for moms and babies, exactly as they are. October classes will be opening for booking soon! We’re also working on bringing our Mom + Baby Sound Bath classes to more locations in and around Brandon, so keep an eye out for upcoming dates and communities 🤍

Behind the scenes of a sound bath…

I originally bought these nice plushy carpets for another class, but thought they’d be the perfect addition to my poolside setup so I’d have something soft and cozy to sit on while I played.

Turns out… plushy carpets and crystal bowls do NOT mix. 😂

About two minutes into playing, I realized literally every bowl wanted to tip over.

So, while everyone was peacefully floating with their eyes closed, I slowly started taking the bowls off, moving the carpets out of the way, and resetting everything as quietly as possible.

Crisis averted. Sound bath continued.

Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. You adjust, keep playing, and carry on like nothing happened.

The carpets will still be coming with me… I just won’t be putting my bowls on them again.

Altona, you were amazing.

Last night’s Sunset Floating Sound Bath could not have asked for better weather — a beautiful evening, an incredible group, and the perfect way to soak in one of the final outdoor sound baths of the season.

The feedback afterward made the evening even better:

“The length of the session was just right, although some said they could have happily stayed longer.”

“Once they reached that deeper level of relaxation, the outside noise really just melted away.”

“Thank you so much for arranging the sound bath — it was an amazing experience!”

There was also lots of interest in future sound bath experiences in Altona, including different sounds and both indoor and outdoor options — so hopefully this won’t be our last visit!

We officially have ONE more outdoor Floating Sound Bath left for 2026, and then our outdoor season comes to an end.

Fall & Winter programs are well underway.
Indoor Floating Sound Baths + Hammock Sound Baths are now available for fall & winter, with classes happening in Brandon, Winnipeg and communities throughout Manitoba.
