Camp Evangeline This is a faith based camping facility providing a safe enviroment for families to bring their kids.

Camp Evangeline is seasonal campground and retreat center providing cabin and trailer/tent rentals for campers and guests. In addition to being a fully functioning seasonal Campground the camp runs two weeks of exciting Family Camp in July and hosts the Maritime PAOC Kids Kamp and Youth Camp in July and August. Camp also offers rental bookings to groups and hosts various other retreats. We also have sites, cabins and trailers available for daily and seasonal rentals.

Another prosperous Day, thanks to Gord and Bill, we got Mels trailer winterized and stored in Pavillion, 4 other trailer stored in Pavillion, and Gords motor home. We also got three more cars stored in Laurie Price.
Then it rained hard so we stopped for today. Head cold and all.
Did you know that storage here at Camp helps raise close to $15,000 each year towards our operating budget? Helping us invest in more updates and upgrades to make the experience of amp much better for all who come.

Shout out to Gord M, Bill M and Jim B for their help over the last couple days.
With there help the tabernacle is full of trailers right to the door. Great to have this done.

As well today we shut down the kitchen water well and blew the lines out for winter. Then we flushed the Judy Frazer building and put plumbers antifreeze in all toilets and traps.

We continued on and drained all the lines in lower rv sites as well as A1 through A29 cabins.

We will start working on trailers in the Pavillion and then winterize about 24 trailers on our grounds.

There is a lot of work that happens in Oct as we close down for the sesson, not many realize what it takes, glad to have people willing to stop by and lend a few hands.

Well thats a wrap for 2026, we had the pleasure to host the team from Power to Change Ministries tbis weekend for their student retreat.

They spent the weekend in the C Row heated cabins and D 26, they met together in our heated board room. A d we seeved them meals in the dininghall.

Special Thanks to Jocelyn Hominick Craig Hominick Rhonda Holmes Karen Mercer Williams Evan Naugler for all your help this weekend. We also we provided shopping time by my daughter Kaylen Cruickshanks and my mom Doreen Williams and her Husband Arnold.

We proved we could do a later fall camp for students and even in the cold.

Now we will start draining water lines and parking cars and trailers.

End of season remodel. Making the 2 bed lodges into 4 bed. Will increase our youth beds by 32 more beds.

As youth programs grow so does the local church. Pouring into the younger generation will help future growth and stability in our local church. If we do not pour into the lives of our kids then there will be no one to fill in the gaps in our local CONGREGATIONS.

We pray for a future for a kids program at Camp as well, if you are able and or are part of a local church we would love to talk about getting a kids program camp off the ground too.

Hi All,

We are currently doing some more electrical upgrades that will include meters for all seasonal cabins. Over the next few days and by open next season most if not all will be done.

I have sent out a few emails and messages for those I had and wanted to norify orhers I may have missed.

The rates for most seasonal lots that were rented in 2026 havent changed except for a couple that were price errors or newly contracted. The power meters however will be a change.

By installing the meters it makes the cost to operate fair. If you are here a lot and use heat and air, then you will pay a little more then those who only come on weekends, if you are not, then the cost will be hardly noticed.

Thanks to Tim Ross and Bill for getting the power meters installed in the cabins today. Having them installed will help with the winter rentals and our ability to seperate the power bills.
This year we will have a couple monthly winter rentals and a couple weekly rentals during Dec to April. Making Camp Evangeline a year round facility.
So many years the property just got used for a few weeks each summer, then we added a half dozen or so seasonals from May to Sept. Now we have rentals year round. This will help provide additional income during our slower months.
