A Delicious Thank You from Highland RV Resort!

As another wonderful camping season is coming to a close and we want to give a big shout-out to the fantastic food trucks that brought delicious food and plenty of flavour to Highland RV Resort throughout the 2026 season!

A heartfelt thank you to Highland’s very own Cindy from Heatin’ Up the Grill, Kool Jim’s Ice Cream and The Runaway Greek! From tasty meals fresh off the grill to refreshing ice cream treats and delicious Greek favourites you certainly kept our campers well fed and coming back for more!

Beyond the wonderful food, it was your friendly service and welcoming smiles that made each visit so special. Food trucks have a wonderful way of bringing our camping community together, giving friends and neighbours another reason to gather, share a laugh and enjoy the simple pleasures of camping life.

Thank you to these fantastic vendors for being part of our Highland RV Resort community! We truly appreciate your time, hard work and delicious contributions, and we hope to welcome you back in 2027!
