Enough is Enough! You don’t have to compensate extra to receive our best service.
Each and every person on our team is so grateful for the opportunity to be here with you making memories in Red Bay. If you have any issues with your stay or dining experience simply speak with our team and we will make it right immediately.
No tipping screen is provided on payment machines.
Cash offerings are not prohibited but actively discouraged.
We will release an overview shortly on why this is the right move for our business & team. For those that require the quick answer: We forecasted our season’s business, added what would have been ‘expected’ in tips & paid it directly to our team as guaranteed salary.
We ‘tipped’ them for you and your support keeps our business alive for another 80 years. That guarantee means their livelihood can be counted on, not risked & balanced on factors they don’t control.
