Here's a good reason to lace up on a Wednesday evening this summer.

Susan Tetford, owner of Well Now Fitness right here in town, is starting up Wednesday Wellness Walks. Free, everyone welcome, no pressure and no fitness level required. Just gentle movement, some fresh air, and good company on a few of the nicest trails, parks, and green spaces around the bay.

The meeting spot changes week to week depending on where the walking's best (and what the weather's up to, because, well, you know how that goes). Locals, visitors, folks down for the season, it doesn't matter one bit. If you can walk, you're in.

Bring a friend, bring the dog, or bring nobody at all and head home with a few new faces you didn't know last week. We'll share each week's location as it's set, so keep an eye out.

Spotted at Bernice Mae’s today, so symbolic to see the single purple flower. It makes me feel like mom is giving her blessing and letting me know she is still with me 💜 Spring is here, finally!
