With back to school just around the corner, we’re taking a moment to recognize Ed O'Neill, who spent his summer with our team at Hyatt Place Moncton.
A Business Management student at University of New Brunswick, Ed joined us this spring eager to learn the ins and outs of the hotel business. With previous experience in food and beverage, he quickly adapted to the many different aspects of hotel operations.
What stood out most was Ed’s willingness to learn beyond his role at the front desk. He took the time to understand how different departments work together and how even the smallest details can make a difference in a guest’s experience. His calm, friendly, and welcoming personality also made a great impression on our guests and team.
As Ed heads back to UNB this fall, we want to thank him for his hard work and everything he contributed throughout the summer.
