Mel, our Chef, is back in the kitchen! 👩‍🍳

This time she's walking us through one of our Oktoberfest specials: a pork schnitzel (or beef if you prefer!) on a bed of savoury gnocchi with compound butter made by Mel herself, topped with cucumber, peppers, onions and cabbage.

Cette fois, elle nous montre comment préparer l'un de nos spéciaux Oktoberfest : un schnitzel de porc (ou de bœuf si vous préférez !) sur un lit de gnocchis savoureux avec un beurre composé fait maison par Mel, garni de concombre, poivrons, oignons et chou.
