I have SO many stencils for our first Connect & Create: Paint by the Water workshop and these are only a few of them!

Flowers, celestial designs, camping, dog ones, funny & sarcastic sayings, lotus designs… and honestly so many more 😂 Or skip the stencils completely and freehand your own.

The whole idea behind this workshop is just to get outside, meet some new people, create something you actually love and spend a beautiful afternoon by the water. You absolutely do not need to be artistic. Come as you are and have fun with it. 🤎

Lately, I've been deep in the hustle of building HolistiCamp—working on plans, partnerships, land search, funding, and all the moving pieces that come with bringing a dream to life.

If I'm being honest, I've been neglecting my own self-care practices more than I'd like to admit.

But isn't it funny how the moments we're busiest are often the moments we need them most?

Today was a reminder that it doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes all it takes is 5–10 minutes to slow down, regulate your nervous system, take a few mindful breaths, reconnect with nature, and come back to yourself. Add a little Reiki, and even better. 😜

At its heart, HolistiCamp isn't just a campground. It's a reminder.

A reminder to unplug from the noise, reconnect with the land, and return to the simple tools that have supported human well-being for generations—fresh air, stillness, community, movement, mindfulness, and the gifts Mother Nature offers so freely.

Because sometimes the most powerful healing happens when we slow down enough to receive it. 🌿✨

Yesterday was the first day I could be a little happy with what I found after ripping up the old rotted kitchen floor... A nice CLEAN chassis 🥳
