Lately, I've been deep in the hustle of building HolistiCamp—working on plans, partnerships, land search, funding, and all the moving pieces that come with bringing a dream to life.
If I'm being honest, I've been neglecting my own self-care practices more than I'd like to admit.
But isn't it funny how the moments we're busiest are often the moments we need them most?
Today was a reminder that it doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes all it takes is 5–10 minutes to slow down, regulate your nervous system, take a few mindful breaths, reconnect with nature, and come back to yourself. Add a little Reiki, and even better. 😜
At its heart, HolistiCamp isn't just a campground. It's a reminder.
A reminder to unplug from the noise, reconnect with the land, and return to the simple tools that have supported human well-being for generations—fresh air, stillness, community, movement, mindfulness, and the gifts Mother Nature offers so freely.
Because sometimes the most powerful healing happens when we slow down enough to receive it. 🌿✨
