🏝️ Cabin Build Update at Little Bear Island

It’s been incredible watching this project come together board by board, window by window, and panel by panel. The transformation over the last few weeks has been nothing short of amazing.

The darker barn-red siding and charcoal roof are giving it that perfect northern lake cabin look which we wanted to stay in the cottage theme with, but maintenance free with steel siding. We can’t wait to start working on the inside!

We still have plenty of work ahead of us, but seeing it take shape is incredibly rewarding.

🌅 Tonight at Little Bear Island Camp…

We were walking by the shoreline this evening when we overheard some of our guests watching the sunset.

Their reaction?

“WOW! WOW! WOW!”

And honestly, we couldn’t agree more.

Some things never get old—the quiet water, the glowing sky, and those moments when nature stops you in your tracks and leaves you speechless.

This is why we love island life. Not because every day is perfect, but because every once in a while, Mother Nature puts on a show like this and reminds us just how lucky we are to call this place home.

Big things are happening at the island! 🔨🌲

Construction materials have officially arrived, and we’re starting work on another exciting addition to the resort. Watching this project come together with these beautiful lake views and historic trees surrounding us already feels pretty special.

There’s something exciting about building in a place that already holds so much peace, history, and natural beauty. We can’t wait to share the progress with all of you as this next chapter takes shape.
