The owner Trevor Smyth meticulously rebuilt the pub. Having its entire contents shipped from Ireland. Irish craftsmen lovingly rebuilt the pub which opened in 2006 and has established itself as a Niagara on the Lake landmark destination.

Exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake on Canada Day? Come find us when you're ready to take a break.

The Irish Harp is open all day July 1st with a Canada Day feature menu, indoor and patio seating, and The O'Deadlys playing live at 8:30pm. This year's food feature: Peameal Bacon Sandwich on a potato bun with Swiss cheese, Dijon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo — upgrade with a small poutine for $3. Pair it with the Maple Old Fashioned and call it a proper Canada Day.

No reservations. Just show up.

This Sunday, the blues come to The Irish Harp.

The Paige Armstrong Band hits the stage June 28th at 6:30pm — blues, funk, soul, and rock 'n' roll, with guitar rooted in Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eric Clapton. Paige is joined by legendary local musicians Mark Rogers and John Irvine for a 3-hour set you won't find on a streaming playlist.

Irish Millie is 19. Seven Canadian Folk Music Award nominations. Natalie MacMaster is a fan. She's still playing intimate rooms like ours — and Tuesday, June 30th is your chance.

🎻 Irish Millie is a 19-year-old fiddler, singer, and multi-instrumentalist from Peterborough, Ontario — and one of the most compelling young voices in Canadian folk music today. She's been nominated for Young Performer of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards every single year since her debut album dropped in 2021, racking up seven nominations in total.

Her sound pulls from East Coast tradition, bluegrass, and contemporary folk in a way that feels completely instinctive — earning praise from Celtic royalty Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy along the way.

On June 30th, she joins Banda Taverna's Gustavo for one night at The Irish Harp. At $15 a ticket, it's a rare chance to see her this close — before her stages get a lot bigger.
