​I spent all day yesterday minding the smoker low and slow, and let me tell you—these beef ribs turned out absolutely incredible. Melt-in-your-mouth tender, rich, and packed with amazing wood-fired flavor. Glazed with my own house made cherry bourbon BBQ sauce!
