Available through our on site café, this drink certainly hits the spot and cools you down on a hot day. Open 7am-5pm for your pre-beach treat, or mid day matcha.

The long weekend is here, we are prepped ready to go!

Our bar is debuting a brand new cocktail menu, plus a few new wines will be available. Our kitchen is open until 10PM Friday + Saturday and open until 9PM on Sunday + Monday.

Susan Schaefer was, among a plethora of things, the art curator for The Bayside for the last few years. Susan grew close to many of us at The Bayside during that time, leaving behind memories of her positive attitude, one-of-a-kind smile and charming laugh.
Susan could be seen any time of day measuring and eyeing a new space for art to take over, replacing pieces that have sold or having coffee with fellow artists in the cafe.

We are fortunate and proud to have Susan’s art decorate our hallways, most famously, “Canadiana Avenue” - A Visual Journey Across Canada, which she was so proud of and would recount details of the trip she took with her husband Jeff.

Susan, we will be honouring you by continuing to call the Executive Suite the “Schaefer Suite” and taking immediate steps to ensure Canadians Alley will be a permanent installation in Bayside for years to come.

Everybody is welcome to come and check out Susan’s art around the resort whenever they like. There is a self guided art tour you may take, she would love that you did!
